Meet the Artist” – A Heartfelt Evening at Montgomery Town Hall

I recently had the joy of hosting a “Meet the Artist” evening at the Montgomery Municipal Center, where my solo exhibit is currently on display through the end of the year. The event was beautifully organized by Montgomery Township, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who made it possible.

The evening brought together art lovers, neighbors, and friends from across the community — creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere filled with conversations, laughter, and shared appreciation for creativity. It was truly special to connect with people who took the time to experience my work up close and share their thoughts and feelings about it.

I was especially honored by the presence of Mayor Neena Singh and members of the Township Committee, along with the dedicated Township staff and Public Works team, who put tremendous effort into preparing and presenting the exhibition so beautifully. Their support for the local arts is both encouraging and heartwarming.

About the Exhibit

The exhibition features my contemporary abstract works, known for their expressive and meditative style. Each painting is a reflection of emotion and energy — an exploration of the inner and outer worlds we all move through.

The collection on display, titled “Happiness All Around,” is especially close to my heart. It celebrates positivity, calm, and the beauty of everyday life — those quiet yet vibrant moments of joy that often go unnoticed. Through color, texture, and rhythm, I wanted to convey a sense of movement and serenity — a reminder that happiness is always present when we take a moment to feel it.

A Night to Remember

The “Meet the Artist” evening wasn’t just about showcasing my paintings — it was about connection. I loved hearing how each viewer interpreted the works differently — some found peace, some energy, some nostalgia — and that dialogue is what makes art so powerful.

I’m truly thankful to the Montgomery community for the warmth and encouragement I’ve received since moving here. This township has a strong creative spirit, and I feel lucky to be part of it.

A big thank-you again to the Township of Montgomery, Mayor Neena Singh, the Township Committee, and everyone who contributed to making this event a success. Your support makes art flourish, and it inspires artists like me to keep creating with heart and purpose.

The exhibit will remain open to the public at the Montgomery Municipal Center (100 Community Drive, Skillman, NJ). I invite everyone to stop by, explore the collection, and take a moment to experience the joy and calm of “Happiness All Around.”

With gratitude,
