What is the estimated delivery time for my artwork?

Upon placing your order, we aim to process and ship it within approximately one week. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. Delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days, varying based on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to every country worldwide.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by factors such as the shipping destination, dimensions, and weight of the artwork(s) purchased. These costs include packaging and handling fees. Please be aware that artwork may be subject to duties and taxes according to your country’s regulations. Customs fees and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. How are your paintings shipped?

To ensure your painting arrives in perfect condition, we take great care in packaging. Each painting is meticulously packed in custom-made double-walled cardboard boxes with multiple layers of bubble wrap for protection. For extra-large paintings, they are carefully rolled and shipped in extra-strong cardboard tubes to prevent any damage during transit.

How can I make a payment?

Once you've selected a painting you adore, you can proceed to checkout and make payment using a Credit or Debit Card through PayPal. Alternatively, you're warmly invited to visit the studio to collect your painting and make payment in person.

What is your return policy?

In the unfortunate event that your piece is lost or damaged, we provide the option for a replacement or a full refund. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your artwork if any issues arise.

What if I decide I don't want the artwork?

If you're unsatisfied with your piece or have a change of heart, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Where are you located, and can I view your artwork in person?

I am currently based in New Jersey, USA. To view my artwork in person, studio visits are available by appointment only. Please email at richagallery@gmail.com me in advance to schedule a convenient time for your visit.

What materials do you use in your artwork?

I primarily work with acrylic and ink on canvas, as well as watercolor on paper.

Do you do commissions?

Yes, we do commissions! If you have a specific idea in mind or would like a custom piece tailored to your preferences, feel free to reach out to discuss commission options.
